What is the delivery time?

After you’ve placed an order and we have received your payment, your items will be shipped within 2-5 business days. How long it will take to be delivered depends on the country.

How will my order be shipped?

All items are packed in recycled plastic to prevent damaging and will be delivered in a shipping box of recyclable cardboard.

Where can I track my order?

After we have shipped your delivery we will send you a Track & Trace code by email. With this you are able to track your order at the  PostNL or DPD website.

How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost will be shown at the end of the order process and varies per order. It depends on the total weight and where it has to be shipped.

* Orders above € 100,00 will be shipped for free to every country in Europe.

Can I collect my order at your store?

Normally we only do delivery but if you would like to come by feel free to contact us, so we can make an appointment.

Where do you deliver?

Return & Exchange

Can I return or exchange an item?

Within two weeks after the order date, the items can be returned or exchanged and you will receive a refund.

Requirements
  • The items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • The items must still have all the original Worldism tags attached to it.
  • Items purchased in the Sale cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping the items for return or exchange is at the customers’ own cost.

Will I be refunded for the full amount of my order?

You will receive 85% of the amount of your order as a refund. The 15% will be charged for the work there has been put in.

What to do when you have received the wrong item or a faulty item?

Please contact us with the details of the problem. After conformation you can return the item by our cost. When we received the item, it will be checked and if it is covered by our warranty policy a new item will be send back to you free of charge.

When do I get my refund?

Your returned items will be refunded within 5 business days.
